It is hand plucked from those over thousand year old ancient tea trees in remote tea mountains, and processed with traditional Yunnan green tea techniques. Ancient tea tree belongs to the Yunnan large-leaf tea family, which is famous for its medical benefits of lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Unlike regular Yunnan large-leaf teas, ancient tea tree teas have more minerals and nutrition that contribute to the health benefits of large-leaf teas. Watch out for faked ancient tea tree teas on market. Real ancient tea tree teas can last 20 infusions, and their leaves have sharp (sharper than cultivated trees) sawtooth edge, thick blades and clear vein.

Brewing Instruction: Apply 2-4g to an uncovered ceramic teapot, wash tea with 100°C hot water for 45 seconds, then add 1 teapot 75-80°C hot water and brew for 30 seconds.
