Retail Order
All email orders are freshly packed at time of order. We accept payment through PayPal, and ship orders directly from China. Most of our products are also available at our online store, where orders can be shipped directly from US. The following is our normal email ordering process:
1. You place order with us through email.
We will never give out your email address for any reason.
2. We email you with total costs.
3. You may then pay us through PayPal.
4. We mail your order out after receiving payment confirmation from PayPal
and email you a shipment confirmation (normally within 2 to 3 business days).
As a PayPal account "in good standing", we are able to provide our customers
access to PayPal

Our standard shipping term is China Post Air Parcel. It normally arrives in North America in 2 to 3 weeks. There is no such thing as free shipping. Instead of adding shipping costs to prices of our products, and offering artificially low or even free shipping charges, we let our customers make known decisions on shipping expenses.
In case that your parcel is confirmed lost by China Post, please contact us and we will send you replacement order.
